Etihad expands Abu-Dhabi Lisbon route eyeing high demand

Etihad Airways has expanded its Lisbon-Abu Dhabi seasonal route to winter season eyeing high demand. The new service will be operated on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays deploying its Boeing 787-9 aircraft with a two-class configuration. The flight to Lisbon coincides with the launch of Etihad’s summer season flights to the Greek island of Mykonos on June 16 and Málaga on June 18.   “As we continue to expand our global network, we’re thrilled to be flying for the first time to Lisbon,” commented Antonoaldo Neves, Chief Executive, Etihad.
