The Airports Council International (ACI) World, ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East (ACI APAC & MID), and the China Civil Airports Association (CCAA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen the cooperation of Chinese airports. “The MoU formalises a comprehensive and in-depth cooperation wherein Chinese airports are fully internationalised and integral to the development of global civil aviation,” said CCAA chairman Mam Wang Ruiping. The agreement will promote collaboration on airport customer experience through the ACI Airport Service Quality program, ACI Global Trainings and Assessments, decarbonisation through ACI APAC & MID’s net zero emissions project, and holding joint events
