Winnipeg Richardson International Airport (YWG) saw 1,020,721 passengers in the last three month from April to June 2023, recording 93.3% of the pre-pandemic levels. For the first time since the pandemic, the airport crossed the threshold of one million passengers in a single quarter. The airport recorded its busiest day in June 30, with over 15,800 passengers passing through the airport gates.
