Rockwell Collins launched JV with China Electronics Technology Avionics

Rockwell Collins and China Electronics Technology Avionics Company (CETCA), a subsidiary of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), have announced the formal incorporation and grand opening of their joint venture — Rockwell Collins CETC Avionics Company (RCCAC). The new joint venture, which will be based in Chengdu, Sichuan, will develop communication and navigation solutions for the C919 and other aircraft programs in China.
