Boeing to spend US $2.3 million on STEM partnership with Port San Antonio

Airframe manufacturer Boeing has announced a partnership with the Kelly Heritage Foundation, an education organisation affiliated with Port San Antonio in Texas. The US $2.3 million investment by Boeing will “expand STEM [science, technology, engineering, and mathematics] learning and workforce development across South Texas” and is to be spread out over seven years. “Boeing is a crown jewel of American business, and I’m honoured that Texas is a key part of their company.
