In a strategic move to strengthen the civil aviation ties the Civil Aviation Authority of Oman (CAA) has signed an air service agreement with Belarus. As a part of the agreement both the nations can establish a direct link between Muscat and Minsk and several other locations within Oman. It serves to organise and optimise operational and technical aspects in a way that benefits air transport services between Oman and Belarus.
