Vistara Engineering Head Sisira Dash to take over Air India’s Engineering reins

Vistara’s Engineering head, Sirira Kanta Dash is appointed as the Chief Technical Officer (Head of Engineering) of Air India effective June 2023, as per sources. Meanwhile the current Head of Engineering at Air India, Arun Kashyap will return to SpiceJet as the Chief Commercial Officer (COO) after a brief stint in Air India. This appointment of a senior executive from Vistara in Air India is also seen as a precursor to the merger of the two airlines which is pending regulatory approval.
