Joe Gibney, current director of business development has been appointed vice president and chief operating officer. In his role, Gibney will report directly to Greg Arnold, chairman and chief executive officer of TAC – The Arnold Companies. As a part of his new role leading TAC Air, Gibney will also oversee the business management of Keystone Aviation.
