SIA Engineering Company has appointed Singapore Airlines (SIA) senior vice president cargo, Chin Yau Seng as its CEO (designate), effective June 1. Seng assumed his current position in 2018, when SIA Cargo was integrated as a division within SIA. Prior to that, he was president of SIA Cargo. SIA Engineering’s current CEO, Ng Chin Hwee, is set to retire with effect from October 1. He will relinquish his directorship and memberships of the executive committee and board sustainability of the company on the same date.
