Mark Moody has joined White & Case as a partner in London from Winston & Strawn, where he was a partner and chair of the transportation finance practice. Mark advises financial institutions, export credit agencies, operating lessors, airlines and equity investors in the aviation industry on cross-border aircraft financings involving operating lease financings, finance leases, tax-based leasing structures, capital markets structures, debt restructurings, Islamic financings, sale and leaseback structures and export credit supported financings. He also advises on the sale and purchase of aircraft portfolios, airline restructurings and bankruptcies and aircraft redelivery disputes. “The traditional asset finance market, particularly aviation
