Helen McCabe takes over as the CFO of Rolls-Royce

Rolls-Royce recently appointed Helen McCabe as the chief financial officer and member of the Board, effective August 4, 2023. Helen brings more than 25 years of experience in senior finance and performance management roles within complex multinational manufacturing, engineering and customer-facing businesses. Helen was previously senior vice president, finance for the Customer & Products division of BP, which runs the company’s customer-focused business. She also held accountabilities for BP’s global refining portfolio.
