Aviation Capital Group (ACG) has announced a number of officer promotions in recognition of their outstanding commitment and contribution to the company. James Zembrzuski has been named Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretar.  Zembrzuski joined ACG in February 2015 as a Vice President in the legal department. In 2017, Zembrzuski was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and he currently oversees ACG’s legal, compliance and insurance functions. Zembrzuski also serves as a member of the senior leadership team. Jaime Crear has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Crear began her career at ACG
