Airbus to propose appointment of new Board Members at AGM

Airbus will propose the appointment of three new independent non-executive directors at its 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 11 April to replace long-serving Board Members. Shareholder approval will be sought for the appointment of Victor Chu, 60, as a Member of the Board of Directors for a term of three years.
