Unum names Bob Davies as chairman

Unum Aircraft Seating’s new chairman is Bob Davies, who previously held the same role at Acro Aircraft Seating while Unum founder Chris Brady was chief executive. Davies is to “take on responsibility for ensuring the board is effective in defining and implementing Unum’s strategic direction while continuing to demonstrate high standards of corporate governance,”,  said Unum, which makes seats for business-class sections.
