ST Aerospace injects capital into Pacific Flight Services

Singapore Technologies Aerospace (ST Aerospace), through its wholly owned subsidiary ST Aerospace Engineering (STA Engineering), has injected additional A$274,269 (approximately $320,291) into the capital of its wholly owned subsidiary, Pacific Flight Services. This brings STA Engineering’s total share capital contribution to Pacific Flight Services Pty Ltd to A$750,713 (approximately $876,683). The capital injection was effected through a conversion of loans previously extended by STA Engineering. The loan was part of the funding to support the expansion of flight and training business in Australia. The capital injection is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets
