SIAEC signs MoU with seven Institutes to develop future ready workforce

Skilled labour is a major concern across the global aviation sector. Addressing the issue first hand, SIA Engineering Company Limited (SIAEC) has signed an MoU with seven Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL)s. These institutes are Institute of Technical Education, Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, and Singapore Institute of Technology.  Minister for Education. The agreement will focus on commitment to establish diverse pipelines of skilled professionals, provide lifelong learning opportunities for its workforce and promote bilateral knowledge exchange between industry and academia.
