Lufthansa A380 to undergo heavy maintenance in Philippines before entry-into-service

Lufthansa A380, the very first of the airline’s double decker aircraft, was flown recently to Manila in the Philippines to undergo heavy maintenance. The airline is planning to restore some of its A380s for the upcoming summer season beginning March 2023. The aircraft spent two months in Frankfurt, Germany, where it underwent initial maintenance following long-term storage.
