CAG acquires Aerocare Aviation Services

Complete Aircraft Group (CAG), a UK aviation solutions provider, including the supply of aircraft tooling, parts, and components, has acquired established business aviation MRO Part 145 provider Aerocare Aviation Services (AASL). The AASL team has been operating for over three decades, providing maintenance, repair, modifications, interior refurbishment, and exterior paint, all to OEM standards. Aerocare will retain its name under the new ownership.
