AVEOS AND ALSALAM AIRCRAFT COMPANY IN NEW MRO DEAL

Aveos has announced that it has signed a one-year Engine Technical Service Agreement with Saudi Arabian MRO, Alsalam Aircraft Company. Under the agreement, Aveos is to repair, overhaul and deliver up to eight JT9D-7A engine events within 2011. Alsalam selected Aveos based on its more than 30 years of experience in the repair and overhaul of the Pratt and Whitney JT9D-7A through 7J as well as the JT9D-7R4D and 7R4E engines.
