Facility services provider ABM is to expand its relationship with LaGuardia Gateway Partners, developer and manager of New York’s Terminal B, to provide what it describes as ‘comprehensive integrated facility services’. ABM’s ‘performance solutions’ programme encompasses a number of facility operations, deploying a team of 700+ personnel across areas including engineering, janitorial and maintenance, mobility and transportation services, and guest experience programme development. Building on a relationship initiated in 2018, the new partnership will also see ABM collaborate with key subtractor partners including customer experience Ethos Farm and facilities service provider JCM Business Solutions.
