Law firm HFW has announced promotions in its global aviation practice, with London-based Barbara Pansadoro named partner. Pansadoro “specialises in asset and structured finance”, according to HFW, and brings “considerable experience in aviation finance and leasing transactions” to her new role. Alix d’Arjuzon and Mark Waters were appointed legal directors, HFW added, saying Waters’ practice in London “covers a broad range of aviation-related work, both contentious and non-contentious,” in which he “advises domestic and international airlines, products manufacturers and airports on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters”.
