Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has advised Investec Bank on its acquisition of widebody A350-900 aircraft from Aergo Capital. This follows WFW advising Investec on a similar acquisition of an aircraft on lease to Singapore Airlines in May 2023. WFW global aviation sector cohead Jim Bell said: “we are pleased to have supported Investec once again on a key acquisition. Their continued trust in us highlights the quality of WFW’s aviation practice.” The WFW London aviation team that advised Investec was led by Bell, working closely with counsel Jane Keith, senior associate Liam Clozier, and associate Tom Coates.
