TWC Aviation Capital has had a successful judgement against Indian airline Jet Lite in regard to the breach of leasing agreement on two Boeing 737-800s. TWC claimed for breaches of lease agreements for two Boeing 737-800 aircraft leased to Jet. Justice Jacobs’ judgment awarded damages in excess of $24,000,000 to TWC, plus orders for the return of parts and legal costs.
