Leasing business and Libra Group subsidiary LCI has named Alan O’Rourke as chief financial officer (CFO). The appointee was senior vice president, finance in the lessor’s London office, where he sought to “source and originate capital for the organisation”. In his new job, O’Rourke will work on financial strategy, treasury management, regulatory standards and oversee the finance, tax and accounting divisions. O’Rourke, who was previously based at LCI’s headquarters across the Irish Sea in Dublin, will replace Praveen Vetrivel, who has been appointed CFO of Libra Group.
