Hainan Airlines has changed the lessors of three previously leased aircraft in a deal worth $45.9 million, according to a filing in the Shanghai Stock Exchange. One of the aircraft will be sold to a special purpose vehicle established by Tianjin Yangzijiang No. 81 Leasing, an affiliate of Hainan Airlines. The aircraft was previously leased by Meritix Airlease in September 2006, Hainan Airlines will then lease the aircraft from Yangzijiang No. 81 for $12.4 million.
