China Aircraft Group Holdings (CALC) has closed the commercial financing of one A321neo aircraft on lease to China Airlines. The aircraft is part of a two aircraft mandate, the first aircraft, an A320neo, was delivered to Air India on October 10, 2023. The financing was arranged by Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB) who is also acting as facility agent and security trustee. The lenders across both aircraft are CACIB, E.Sun Commercial Bank, and NTT TC Leasing. CACIB’s Hong Kong branch also acted as account bank.
