BOC Aviation sues for return of ABC’s 747-8F

BOC Aviation has sued AirBridgeCargo Airlines for the return of its Boeing 747-8F since the operator is no longer able to obtain the reinsurance coverage required to lease the plane. “BOC Aviation is entitled to immediate possession of the aircraft without a hearing and prior to a final determination of BOCA’s claims. AirBridge has already expropriated two of BOCA’s aircraft to Russia,” the company said.
