BOC Aviation has disclosed that Air Europa Lineas Aereas, has commenced legal action against the company in the English Commercial Court claiming US$44.25 million as a refund of amounts paid in respect of three undelivered Boeing 787 aircraft. BOC Aviation stated in a stock exchange filing that it believes this claim has “no legal justification and intends to contest the case vigorously”.
