Singapore-based aircraft lessor, Avation, has retained PJT Partners as financial advisor and DLA Piper as legal advisor to assist with a collaborative dialogue with bondholders in relation to the Avation Capital 6.5% senior notes due 2021 issued under Avation’s global medium term note programme.
