Fitch Ratings has affirmed SMBC Aviation Capital’s and SMBC Aviation Capital Finance’s Long-Term Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) at ‘BBB+’ and SMBC Aviation Capital Finance DAC’s expected senior unsecured notes rating at ‘BBB+(EXP)’. The Rating Outlook has been revised to Negative from Stable.
