Aergo Capital, a Dublin-based business, said it has delivered a B737-800 aircraft to Air Europa, which it described as its “newest lessee”. The deal was announced hot on the heels of the lessor delivering an eighth B737-9 MAX to Indonesia’s Lion Air in a deal for which Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP acted as lead counsel.
