Aergo Capital has successfully delivered the first of eight 737 (Max) aircraft to Lion Air this week. The aircraft, bearing manufacturer serial number 43016 will be operated by Batik Air, a member of the Lion Air group. Fred Browne, Chief Executive Officer of Aergo, commented: “We are delighted to deliver the first of eight 737 (Max) aircraft to Lion Air. We look forward to completing all deliveries in the coming months and would like to commend all those involved in the transaction for getting this deal over the line.” Smith, Gambrell & Russell acted as lead counsel to Aergo.
