Aergo Capital has acquired one Airbus A321-200 aircraft, MSN 4461, from Lithunia’s AviaAM Leasing. The aircraft is subject to an operating lease with SmartLynx, based in Lithuania. The Aergo Capital’s owned and managed fleet now stands at 52 aircraft. Aergo Capital’s CEO Fred Browne said: “We are delighted to have to further developed on our relationships with AviaAM Leasing and SmartLynx on this transaction and look forward to continuing on this path”. Smith, Gambrell & Russell (English counsel), A & L Goodbody (Irish counsel), Ellex Klavins (Latvian Counsel) and KPMG (tax consultant) acted for Aergo Capital.
