AerCap has priced its latest offering of senior notes – $700 million 4.450% three-year senior notes and $400 million 4.875% five-year senior notes, which are fully guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis. AerCap intend to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes. Barclays, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, Mizuho and Santander are joint bookrunners.
