Legal advisory firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has advised Italian bank Banco BPM, the lender, arranger and hedging bank on a loan granted to Italian airline SkyAlps, to finance the purchase of up to eight aircraft. The €25 million loan will be structured in three tranches, with the first used to partially finance the acquisition of six of the eight de Havilland Dash-8 Q400 turboprop aircraft already delivered to SkyAlps.
