On June 21, Crédit Agricole-CIB (CA-CIB) closed the financing of a second Airbus A321-200 (in a batch of two) for Vermillion Aviation. Both aircraft are leased to low-cost carrier Wizz Air under a dual-currency lease structure. CA-CIB is acting as facility agent, security trustee and hedge provider. CA-CIB and National Australia Bank are acting jointly as lenders.
