On November 7 Crédit Agricole CIB closed the commercial financing, under a Japanese Operating Lease Structure with Call Option (JOLCO), of a brand new Boeing 737-800 for Qantas. CA CIB acted as JOLCO Arranger, Global Coordinator, Facility Agent and Security Trustee. This was the fifth JOLCO financing structured and arranged for Qantas by CA CIB in 2013.
