Cargolux Airlines International S.A. closed its fourth Japanese operating lease with call option (JOLCO) transaction, refinancing a Boeing 747-8 freighter aircraft, demonstrating the availability of competitive financing for attractive credits. Crédit Agricole CIB acted as overall arranger, facility agent, and, together with CIC, mandated lead arranger and lender. Allen & Overy and Fieldfisher acted for Cargolux, while Norton Rose Fulbright acted for the lenders.
