CONGRESS TO DECIDE ON CIT’S REQUEST FOR EX-IM SUPPORT

Dublin-based lessor CIT Aerospace’s request for US Export Import Bank (Ex-Im) support for several unidentified aircraft to be leased by Norwegian Air Shuttle, KLM and Garuda Indonesia has been referred to US Congress. The decision is listed in the Agenda minute notes of Ex-Im Bank, which states that chairman Fred Hochberg and director Bijan Kian both voted in favor of the transaction, although director Diane Farrell recused herself.
