Canadian operator Cargojet has declared a cash dividend of $0.2860 per common voting share and variable voting share for the period from April 1 2023 to June 30. “The record date for determining shareholders of the Corporation entitled to receive payment of the dividend of the Corporation shall be June 20, 2023, and the payment date for such dividend shall be on or before July 5, 2023. These dividends will be eligible dividends within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada),” the carrier, which operates a fleet of 40 aircraft, announced on May 17.
