On June 30, 2021, Aircastle issued a notice of full redemption to redeem all of the $500,000,000 outstanding aggregate principal amount of the company’s 5.50% senior notes due 2022. The notes were all redeemed on July 30, 2021, at a price equal to $13,314,240.50, consisting of a redemption premium of 102.6628481%.
