Air Mauritius has successfully closed its first Japanese operating lease with call option (JOLCO) for one new Airbus A350-900 aircraft. Crédit Agricole CIB is the JOLCO arranger and HSBC is the debt arranger, facility agent and security trustee. “This is a proud achievement for Air Mauritius to have access to this very efficient structure. It is further evidence of the continued confidence shared by the financing and leasing community in Air Mauritius,” said one banker.
