Crédit Agricole CIB arranged a sustainability-linked aircraft secured term loan via a Japanese Operating Lease with a Call Option (JOLCO) to finance one Airbus A350-900 on behalf of Air France. The transaction which closed on October 18, 2023, is supported by a Balthazar non-payment insurance policy provided by the group of highly rated Balthazar insurers and arranged by the insurance broker Marsh.   The financing conditions are linked to Air France achieving certain sustainability performance targets (including a proportion of new-generation aircraft and of sustainable aviation fuel in its fuel consumption).  Crédit Agricole CIB acted as global arranger, lease arranger, sustainability
