AerCap issues exchange offer for senior notes due 2027

AerCap has issued an exchange offer of up to $1.5bn of its unregistered outstanding 6.45% senior notes due 2027, which were issued in November 2023, for a like principal amount of new 6.45% senior notes due 2027, which are registered under the Securities Act.
