EVA Air conducts first passenger flight from Tokyo to Taipei using Neste SAF

EVA Airways successfully conducted its first demonstration passenger flight using Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). The flight was between Tokyo Haneda Airport and Taipei Songshan Airport. The SAF was supplied by ITOCHU Corporation. “We are proud that EVA Airways has taken our Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel into use for its first SAF demonstration passenger flight and we look forward to further expanding our cooperation with both EVA Airways and ITOCHU in the future”, said Sami Jauhiainen, acting executive vice president from the renewable aviation business, Neste.
