Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has sold its ground handling business in Italy to Inceptus SpA. Since June 2015, WFS has operated the ATA business, a ground handler in Italy, through its fully owned subsidiary WFS Ground Italy. On 19 May 2017, WFS completed the sale of WFS GI to Inceptus SpA, and WFS is no longer involved in ground handling activities in Italy.
