Qatar Airways Cargo is to introduce a weekly direct freighter service from Bogota to Dallas with almost 100 tonnes of capacity available. The Monday departure from the Colombian will allow for cargo such as coffee, flowers, fruits, vegetables to be sent north to the US. “The Americas is highly important for us and we have a strong presence in the region. Through this enhancement on the route, we are pleased to grow our existing partnership with Dallas Fort Worth International Airport,” said Guillaume Halleux, chief officer cargo at Qatar Airways.
