IAG Cargo appoints chief transformation officer

IAG Cargo has appointed Jenny Critchley as chief transformation officer. Critchley, a former British Airways head of transformation, “will focus on expanding IAG Cargo’s digitalisation and sustainability efforts, whilst driving productivity, new business solutions and further growth opportunities”, the cargo division of International Airlines Group (IAG) said.
