LATAM Cargo Chile receives IATA’s certification for safe handling and transport of Lithium batteries

LATAM Cargo Chile has successfully achieved the Independent Validators (CEIV) Lithium Battery certification from the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) Center of Excellence. This makes LATAM cargo the first airline in the world to achieve the certification for safe handling and transportation of lithium batteries through the supply chain.
