Thai Airways International is planning to issue a Request for Proposal for 30 widebody and undisclosed number of narrowbody aircraft. The airline also confirmed plans to lease twelve A321-200Ns with deliveries in 2025 and 2026. The Chief Executive Chai Eamsiri disclosed airline’s fleet plans while speaking to Reuters. Refraining from giving the exact number of narrowbody aircraft involved in the process, Eamsiri said that the tenders would soon be sent to Airbus and Boeing.
